Position: Trainee Software Engineer

Experience: Fresher

Educational Criteria:

• MCA / MSC / BE / BTech (IT / CS)
• Passout batch: 2022 & 2023 only

Job Location: Pune

Skills Required: 

A candidate must be willing to learn and work with full dedication. Trainee Software Engineer shall be expected to go through company/ business activities and develop his/her interests in field service engineering/business development.

Recruitment Process: Face-to-Face Interview

Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidate will get Rs.7000/- per month for first two months. Then assessment will be taken.
2. Depending on the performance in 2nd assessment for the next two months the stipend will be Rs. 10000/- per month.
3. After 4 months of completion again assessment will be taken. Depending on the performance in 3rd assessment for the next two months the stipend will be Rs. 15000/- per month.
4. Then Rs. 15000/- will be the salary till you complete one year. The appraisal will be after one year.
5. If you fail in the 2nd and 3rd assessments, then you will be getting 7k per month.
6. Candidates have to sign a bond of 1 year 6 Months which will start from the date of joining.
7. You will have to bring your laptop along with you.
