Job Position:  Intern – Vanessa TOV (Tripple Offset Valves)

Experience: 0-1year

Location:  Talegaon, Pune

Approx Monthly Stipend : Rs. 15000/Month (B.E/ B. Tech), Rs. 20000/Month (M.E/ M.

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with first class or similar grade in all years of engineering.
• Preferred to have distinction or similar grade in HSC (10th) and SSC (12th) exam
• CAD / CAM tool knowledge or experience will be added advantage

Job Purpose:                                     

To understand challenges of Vanessa product – seal ring machining process & valve sealing mechanism and recommend drawing changes specially in tolerance that can be incorporated in drawing

Key Responsibilities:    

• Understand Triple Offset valve functioning, valve parts, industrial use, design principles and manufacturing process at Pune (India) and Lugagnano (Italy) plant
• Collaborate with cross function teams (Engineering, QA and Manufacturing) and get thorough with seal ring profile & its manufacturing processes at Pune (India) plant
• Work closely with Engineering team to understand seal ring sealing mechanism and tasks associated with drawing
• Provide innovative solution which is feasible to manufacture, measure and has sound engineering design concepts
• Work on modification of 2D/3D manufacturing drawings with GD&T in AutoCAD or equivalent software

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required :                              

• Knowledge of Engineering design, manufacturing process and metallurgy
• Understanding of product development cycle
• Good in communication skills for written, oral and presentation aspects
• Beginner level knowledge of Cad tools like AutoCAD, Pro-E, CATIA, etc.
