Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MCS/ BCA/ BCS (IT/ Computers/ENTC/ Electrical)
- The passout year should be 2019 & Above
- No percentage criteria
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Basic technical knowledge
- The ability to think logically
- The ability to prioritize your workload
- Good grasping and reliable
- In the case of lateral candidate: -Should be aware of ticket management -Ticket workflow -Ticket life cycle
Terms and Conditions: Candidate should be ready for 2 years of commitment against which they should submit the educational mark sheets for 2 years
