Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MCS/ BCA/ BCS (IT/ Computers/ENTC/ Electrical)
  • Passout year should be 2019 & Above
  • No percentage criteria

Job Skills: 

  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • The ability to think logically
  • The ability to prioritize your workload
  • Good grasping and reliable
  • In the case of lateral candidate: -Should be aware of ticket management -Ticket workflow -Ticket life cycle

Terms and Conditions: Candidate should be ready for 2 years of commitment against which they should submit the educational mark sheets for 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in co-ordination, including regular follow-up with a get things done attitude
  • Experience in effective documentation and data presentation
  • Skilled in Forecasting and cost controlling.
  • Familiar with analyzing budgets, forecast & actual and reporting summary level with drill down when required
  • Risks, SLA, Resource, Stakeholder and Capacity Management
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized approach to solve problem with good decision- making skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, any PMO Tool, Agile (JIRA is plus) and Excel.
  • Providing future SOW calculations to Business Development team based on Forecast/Rates.
  • Co-ordinate, work-closely with teams across and manage relationship with them.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skill
